1. Acceptance
By accessing or using GoldenSimp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you use GoldenSimp on behalf of an organization or group, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use GoldenSimp.
- You may not use the service if doing so would violate applicable law.
- You may not create an account for someone else without permission.
- You may not impersonate another person, business, or entity.
3. Accounts and sign-in
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and device access.
- You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
- If GoldenSimp offers Apple or Google sign-in, your use of those methods is also subject to the relevant provider terms.
4. Limited license to use the service
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use
GoldenSimp for your personal or internal group use.
- You may not reverse engineer, copy, rent, resell, or exploit the service except as permitted by law.
- You may not interfere with the app, APIs, security controls, or rate limits.
- You may not use bots or automated scraping without our written permission.
5. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of the content you submit. However, you grant Webcracy SNC a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and process that content solely to operate,
secure, moderate, and improve GoldenSimp.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that doing so does
not violate privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights.
6. Acceptable use rules
You may not use GoldenSimp to do any of the following:
- Harass, threaten, bully, or target someone with abusive or discriminatory behavior
- Create false reports, fabricated incidents, manipulated evidence, or coordinated vote brigading
- Publish doxxing content or non-consensual personal information, including private addresses, phone numbers, travel details, or private messages
- Upload screenshots, recordings, or private chat material without the necessary consent or legal basis
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, device, or system
- Break the law or encourage others to do so
GoldenSimp is not a legal reporting tool, HR platform, or emergency service. Incident scores and group
rankings are user-generated and subjective. Do not use them as the sole basis for legal, employment, or
safety decisions.
7. Moderation, removal, and suspension
We may investigate conduct, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we
believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, protect the service, or comply with law.
We may take action without prior notice where the risk is urgent or the violation is serious.
8. Privacy and third-party services
Your use of GoldenSimp is also governed by our
Privacy Policy. The service may rely on third-party
providers, including Swiss hosting providers, Expo push services, Google Analytics if enabled, and Apple or
Google sign-in if offered.
If you use the contacts matching feature, you are responsible for using that feature lawfully and with the
permissions required on your device and under applicable law.
9. Availability and disclaimers
GoldenSimp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do
not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every workspace score, incident, or
ranking will be complete, accurate, or current at all times.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webcracy SNC and its affiliates, owners, employees, and
service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive
damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, reputation, profits, or business interruption arising from or related
to your use of GoldenSimp.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law, including mandatory rights
under consumer or data protection law.
11. Termination and deletion
You may stop using GoldenSimp at any time. You may also delete your account in the app or by using the
public deletion instructions on
the delete-account page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or create
risk for the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms
here and update the effective date. Continued use of GoldenSimp after the updated Terms take effect means
you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue
for disputes is Ticino, Switzerland, unless mandatory law requires another venue.
